Reds’ Chapman Becomes Fastest Pitcher to 500 Strikeouts

Cincinnati Reds closer Aroldis Chapman knows a thing or two about being very fast. Chapman is the owner of the fast pitch in Major League history, and now he is also the fast player to reach 500 strikeouts in Major League history, as he did it in just 292 innings of work, which was 13 innings quicker than when Padres closer Craig Kimbrel did it in 305 innings.
